Nothing much else (thrilling) to report. Had a low key weekend, been wrapping up back-and-forth edits with AJ for her upcoming novel. Put together burger makings, only to kick over a plastic bin next to my grill to discover an unexpected ant nest, which I wasn't going to stand in barefoot to cook dinner last night.
The neck lump is just a cyst, to be treated with hydration, anti-inflammatories, and, if it doesn't go down sufficiently in an arbitrary time frame, I can call to set up an outpatient surgical appointment for a slice-and-scoop. The back/nerve thing is almost pain-free now, but moved into "why the fuck does my foot feel like it's partially asleep?" yesterday and this morning, apparently due to my work shoes or how I stand at the office.
The two active students in my fito class are both going to be moving on to other things, and I don't know if any others have signed up for the ongoing version yet; I have mixed feelings about it (mostly good, because they both made a lot of progress in our eight weeks)
Bought new glasses over the weekend, to pick up in a week hence. In the interim, I need to talk to my vision insurance folks about reimbursement, because, for some reason, I haven't had the insurance card for them for two years, since it was separated from my general health insurance stuff.
