I'm glad to hear the dates are better than SD's bid. I hope the theme is more approval-worthy as well. Pirates are so last year. ;}

There may be a bit of piratic behavior in our bit, but that's because it's damn near impossible to avoid their influence on tampa, even if you're not a football fan. :-)

;} As you can see I'm not entirely against pirates, but the proposal was a bit "overboard" (ah, punny!), and much of it made me wanna yaaaaaaaaarrr at 'em! Besides, in my ever-so-humble opinion, the SD proposal seemed like there was too much going on. *shrugs* I can't wait to read over the Tampa plan. While SD has the advantage of being a place I've never visited and want to, even Tampa, which I have visited plenty (as well as FL as a whole) has a good chance of getting my vote. (Especially if they start of with a better-timed date for me... ^_^)
