elixxir was kvetching about it not so long ago, and my dad was mulling the idea, I'll throw it out for general ponderation:
Five hundred bucks a year, a hundred dollar deductible, no-frills car insurance for arguably non-idiot drivers [non-idiot qualifications pending].
How many of you would go for something like that? Show of hands, please.
