I can spend twenty minutes on a fairly rigorous weightlifting circuit before breaking a sweat; ten minutes on an assertive treadmill routine.
But give me a Phillips-head screwdriver, some cable, and computer or stereo equipment to assemble or reconfigure, and my core temp spikes in two minutes.
