yus. but finding a joe job is the trick.

i found one we liked even better - 9k more, another hundred square feet. . . but what made us go "oooooh" was the live oaks w/ spanish moss on them.

They're fairly common in FL, with the tourism economy and all. Ask depotmode about the prevalence of retail/tourism gigs. Plus, the local bars have hospitality nights. If you're working in 'hospitality' it rocks.
