I just mowed *my* lawn.

That is all.

Lawn status: Mowed
King:  You know it, baby.

Congrats!!! Being a city girl, I've never mowed any lawn whatsoever. People keep telling me fresh-cut grass smells nice...

yeah - we have green veggitation that varies from weed to grass. So long as the yard has a wide expanse of green color, we're happy.

i bought a weed whacker... the grass was upwards of a foot long out front, and the back's even thicker.

i'm inclined to think that the grasslike substance in my yard ain't grass, because it sure didn't smell right when i cut it.

The visual! The visual! *writhes in pain*

Seriously though, congratulations on your own lawn. You should go rent a kid every week to do it. Pay them in whatever comes from the blades...or something.

Feels good, don't it?

Not the mowing part, but the "It's mine" part.

Happy about the... *cough* lawn.

We have a front, and a dirt patch in the backyard... of course renting means, our landlord pays someone to come cut the grass...(theoretically it would be every other week, if that was actually what they showed up...) but it doesnt get hip high. :)
