Upon further review... we're not gonna knock the garage over next weekend.  Instead, we're going to have a cookout and -discuss- knocking the garage over, which is a whole lot less work and money at the moment. :-)

ummmm. . . i -think- everyone will remain sober enough not to flirt with your kids. ;-)

beyond that, i'd be more concerned with them being bored, since it's just going to be a bunch of us 30-somethings shooting the breeze over beer and burgers. i have an xbox, but the living room may be appropriated for more mature pursuits, since it's where all the comfiest ass-platforms are.
