Question for the other felis felis companions in the audience:
One of our fuzzballs decided to relieve themselves (we think it was Loki) on their favorite curl-up-and-nap spot (a beanbag chair in the livingroom) overnight. How likely is it that this was a subtle hint to scoop their litterbox (which, while not full, was decidedly ammoniac in ambience)? If not, what else could it be indicative of?
"Dammit, Mommy & Daddy, I don't like peeing where it's stinky!"
Suffice it to say, they've lost their beanbag (to the trash). Scolding seemed pointless, as it wasn't something that just happened. Guess it's a matter of keeping a better nose to the litterbox and watching for other unusual behaviors. . . *sigh*
