Quick from-work update:

axissilverhand for assistance with haulage, and angel_renewed and theonebob for helping us unload (along with Nathaniel, the unnervingly friendly and really in-shape neighbor).
Insulation is in. ADT system is in. Cable is presently being installed (meaning internet, too). Toilet & outflow plumbing needed $400 worth of love this morning. Procured honest-to-god Furniture last night, to be delivered next week. Tonight is finding and purchase of paint & supplies.
