For all intents and purposes, the mix is you.

Include songs that sum up a point in your life, a facet of yourself, or are otherwise important to you. "I like it" is not good enough here. Nor is "this was the song to which I had my first kiss." I'd rather have a song that describes the experience, than one that reminds you of it. Make sense?

This CD is you. People should be able to hear it and say "ah! now I understand $person better!"
