Last night's second runner up for Worst Person In the World - The bronze goes to Rhonda Sue Solomon of Mooresburg, Tennessee. Arrested for driving drunk. For driving drunk on a bicycle. For driving drunk on a stationary bicycle. For driving drunk on a stationary bicycle... in a gym.
