zymergist, is a homebrew aficionado, who happens to know the owner of TBBC, so we talked beer quite a bit. He also shed some light on some of the renovations in the 90 year existence of GMBAN, based on fairly subtle clues, which I found to be pretty cool.
The salient portion is, I have the assessment, it's high enough ($162k), so I should be in business come next month.
