Screaming children in flying metal tubes -still- suck.

However, having finally seen Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, it's nice to see egregious juvenile asshattery be publically denounced on the big screen. Nice work, Tim.

I'd have more to contribute, but there's not enough sleep in my recent past. Plenty to do at the orifice, including wondering if my immediate boss is alive.

Thanks for the well-wishes. Wasn't a banner lap of Sol reset, but at least the kid screamed the entire time it was getting dripped on.

So, for those keeping score at home:

- Screaming just because you have a big mouth and functioning lungs: Bad
- Screaming because God is dripping on you against your will: Just Dandy

Happy Birthday, old man. You were missed this weekend. I could definitely tell by the presence of several CGP members that don't often play Horde side over the weekend.

I leveled my Druid. Maybe twice. Can't remember.

Looking forward to Friday! Shennanigans ahoy!

combination of me and k being away, and ivan being on-cycle to work, and hence afk.

keep an eye out for [livejournal.com profile] bitogoth and perhaps [livejournal.com profile] scarecrow23, and even [livejournal.com profile] angel_sil joining the ranks. muahahah.

Rock on.

Did our first UBRS run on Sunday. Made it all the way to the last boss before wiping twice. That guy is a tough son of a bitch.

I believe at one point we had a full compliment of 15, but when we got to the General we were down to 12. We tried him once and wiped, so we sent out the call for recruits. Had another Druid and a Warrior on tap, so one of our Mages stoned to Kargath to escort them in. Unfortunately Summoning within instances has apparently started to bug on occasion, and we couldn't get them to our location. They died trying to make it to us. At that point we were pretty much done but we decided to give it another shot. This time we focused on him and ignored his guards. He had VERY little health left when we all dropped (and I am proud to report that K. was the last person standing). I'm pretty sure that had we gone with a full party that tactic would have worked.

31 wasn't my finest year, and the birthday itself was kinda crappy, but my neice had the good sense to make a hell of a fuss during her starring role in the christening/baptism.
