I submit everything I do for review on Friday. If it is found wanting the next week, because the agents performed poorly when they were quizzed on something, that shouldn't be my fucking fault, since i'm not the expert on the material - all the muckety-mucks had their crack at it in the review meeting, and if they missed a mistake i didn't know i'd made, or blew off the meeting altogether, i am sick and fucking tired of being excoriated for it.
Maybe, just maybe, if a lot of people got one of the daily questions wrong, it might be their fault, or their supervisor's fault, or the training department's fault, because they didn't know the material. what i do is worthless if it's just obvious spoon-feeding; dumb as most of these people are, they -do- need to be challenged occasionally. Yes, they'll fail, but you learn from your goddamned mistakes, right?
