As many of you know, [livejournal.com profile] critus and I are coworkers at a credit union.

As anyone who's been here a while has probably noticed, I don't bitch about my job much these days (especially relative to previous jobs), because, other than the isolated bit of annoyance, it's not a bad gig, and I actually like the company.

That said, in order to try and make it better and more useful for customers Critus is asking for feedback.

The feedback link you provided doesn't work.

How's that for feedback? :-)

One freakin 'l', and the whole internet breaks.

You'd think a series of tubes would be more robust, yanno?

They're probably concrete and got broken by a root or something.

I gave him my $.02 worth.

Ok.. responded.

Not that I think my response was interesting.. but I responded :)

But I'm loud like that.

And I might have had some sugar today...

you're coming from a different perspective & POV than most of the other respondents, which could open up different ideas.

How so?

I know you say all the time that I dont *do* anything (!!!!) normal.. but I thought I'd at least ask why you think I'm not a normal 27 year old.

You know... as I type that it seems like an entirely LAME question to ask.

Mostly, since it's a survey about banking... you're rather removed from the typical income demographic of most of the other respondents.
Date/Time: 2006-12-13 23:22 (UTC)Posted by: [identity profile] geeki.livejournal.com
Ok, but dont people all tend to use banking similar.

Or at least for *similar* purposes?

And while I might be in a different demographic financially, I also live in a *very* different demographic for cost of living. I wouldnt say that Dominic and I make too much more than the average family here. Granted it is significanly more than say, the average family in Kansas, but the cost of living is significantly less as well.

Dom and I went looking at *million* dollar homes and actually found them LACKING.. which was just sad... However it did allow me to bring up us moving to Tampa. Because I like to play with my fantasies.

well, we're certainly not going to dissuade you; i happen to like it here. heh.

but, basically, you might be more inclined to look at the investment & financial planning services from a somewhat different angle (both due to income, and child-future considerations) than i would; no data is bad data.
Date/Time: 2006-12-14 03:28 (UTC)Posted by: [identity profile] geeki.livejournal.com
Ok first off.. I adore you, but child future considerations?

I did NOT give birth to them, therefore their.. college, their.... funding is NOT my concern.

I will help to some extent, ( put 50.00 away every month for their college) but it is NOT my priority. For that matter, should I reproduce it wont be my priority there either.

MY retirement is my priority....affording it and taking care of MYSELF so as not to be a burden on anyone (and hopefully being wealthy enough to buy the drugs and put me out of my misery when I get old and cranky).

Oh and you know there are so many fun fantasies to play with in tampa.

*giggle*
