This might make me drink more coffee.

Having worked at a coffee shop while in college, this just makes me think, "OMG ouch! Hot steam and bare skin!"

We actually had a rule that the baristas had to wear long sleeves.

I'd actually be concerned about the safety, both in the food safety sense (no shirt, no shoes, no service), and the personal safety of the baristas working around hot liquids and steam with lots of bare torso skin exposed. Not complaining, just playing devil's advocate.

Exactly, I saw my mother accidentally dump coffee on my little brother's shoulder and the skin practically melted off. She's not gonna be sexy for long.

Since I drink about two cups of coffee a week, and go to a coffee shop about twice a year, I do not represent or embody much of a threat to our nation's nubile caffeine dispensers. ;-)

Maybe the baristas can wear full clothing, and the chicks working the counter are in lingerie? *hopes*

Worse, hot steamed milk splashed on skin. Hand is bad enough (I've been there too). But hey, it's Hooters for Techies, who am I to argue? (they have wi-fi there, right?)
