I'm assuming you work in Tampa, am I correct? In St. Petersburg we typically answer the phone so you never need to wait for a call back. At least, that's how we roll in my office.

The only thing is that The Man gets angry if I answer the phone on the first ring, so please wait for number two.

Funny part is, when I call them, they don't return the call, and get all pissy when I call them on it.

When they call me? Oh no, I wasn't there at that very moment, so I get a nasty voice mail, followed no more than 15 minutes later by another call, and a third usually within the same hour. Of course, it's because they are calling after 5pm and I've been at home for an hour and relaxing, but that's no excuse for not being in the office for their call.
