I'm with you. I just talked to the realtor about a 4BR apartment close to the Cloisters. 4 Bedrooms. In Manhattan. $1500 a month. I could gnaw off an arm wanting this place, but it might not do me any good, as it will most likely be taken by 2pm when I talk to the realtor again *and* it's a stretch on the budget with El Uno being sans employment.
after further review, if jaime ends up getting the job & coming down here, it's possible that we'll go for the beeeeeg 3br space (1450 sq ft, also in the $750/mo range) floorplan available, but that's got some contingencies. *shrug*
