Because I'm rural that way. (I've had a number of discussions and decided that I'm not country, as that has certain connotations of red-necked'ness, and declared "rural" to be more appropriate. Rural folk talk about the death of stars, interesting new technology, the state of the economy and then we go kill something [that we may or may not have raised]to eat.)
