Total Reps per move = 55
Load = “Light” (14-16 RM)
45 sec rest between sets
- Upright Rows w/ External Rotation - 2x36# Kettlebell - 15/15/13/12
- Pushups - 45/20 - Still no good way to weigh myself down, so I just did extras
- Reverse Lunge - 2x20# Dumbbell - 15/15/15/10 (each leg)
- Wood Chop - 40# on Cable - 15/15/25 (not enough weight)

Off-plan:

- Narrow-grip Chin-Ups - 6/6/6/6
- Bicep 7's - 1 @ 58#, 1 @ 68#

Fairly mundane workout, but going is half the battle some days.
