- Softball (catch, batting practice, fielding foolishness) - about an hour
- Chin-Ups - 10/10

Of the various rock-simple things that give one a moderately accurate snapshot of physical fitness, it's one of the more telling ones (vertical leap, standing broad jump, and pushups also seem to get a lot of traction when this conversation comes up).
