After Hours:
- Deadlift - 285# - 2x10, 1x5
- Dumbbell Bench Press - 2x65# - 1x15 (PR), 1x12
- Hack Squat - 160# - 3x10
- Machine Leg Press - 300# - 1x10
- Calf Raises (both legs) - 300# - 1x50
- Overhead Press - 2x36# Kettlebells - "Horse Stance" - 2x12, alternating arms (ie: one rep for each arm, rather than all of one arm's reps before doing the other; as the right descended, the left went up, and vice versa)
- Pullup - 45 second hold/slow eccentric


Called it a day at that point, rather than barf from doing pushups.
