Nothing too exciting, but inflicting those 65# snatches on the other guys at work was good for a few laughs after offering pointers on form.

Lunchtime:
  • 35 Minutes, elliptical - 2 min intervals
  • Pull-Up - 2x36# KB - 1x1 (20 sec negative)

After Hours:
  • Leg Press - 300# - 1x10
  • Calf Raise - 300# - 1x50
  • Machine Bench Press - 200# - 1x15
  • Pull-Ups - Bodyweight - 2x15, 2x10
  • 1 Hand Snatch - 65# DB - 5x5 (each arm) - 5-30 sec hold at top
  • Bicep 7's - 68# - 2x
  • Machine Reverse Flyes - 120# - 2x10
  • Cable Bent-Over Row - 75# - 2x10
  • Delt Triad - 15# @ 15 reps
