and today's workout:
Off for a few days now, traveling for [livejournal.com profile] pixirae's wedding this weekend, which means limited opportunity for physical foolishness. It's just as well, really -- I could use a break after doing all those snatches, and my teres major & minor would probably enjoy a few days without a pullup bar anywhere in my vicinity.
After Hours:
- Pushups - 2x35
- 1 Hand Snatch - 65# DB - 3x10 (each arm)
- Pull-Ups - 54# KB - 1x7
- Leg Press - 320# - 1x10
- Leg Extension - 160#, 220# - 1x10 (each)
- Elliptical - 36 min - 2 min intervals
