Ah yes, the 2 hour lunch. At the last cube farm I worked, IT management often went off to lunch together. And of course, *they* weren't too concerned about getting back in exactly an hour. Wait about 5 minutes for them to clear the parking lot, take off for two hours. When you get back, they just assume you only left an hour before.
