A bust-my-ass-but-leave-disappointed session at the gym tonight, but yesterday was pretty good.

SG continues to be a happening place; hell, I got an IM from someone who complained that he had fifty posts to catch up on - everything from my workout stupidity to exergaming news to health and diet advice - there's a ton of cool shit going on over there. Not that I'm biased or anything. ;-)

Hey I might have missed it but if not, how about something for those of us who are on the road constantly.
I'm behind the wheel 40hrs a week or more and living out of a suitcase at the moment. I rarely have the ability to cook my own food. Any suggestions for trimming the belly aside from the basic boot camp stuff I already do?

Protein right before bed is the easiest thing.

Hey, we all love our best days, but it's the harder ones that prove dedication. I had a crappy exercise day too, after my awesome silks day Sunday. Dojo -- not my finest hour. We'll see if I have it in me to go running later on. (Because three hours of training is not enough exercise!)

i'm curious, how much protein? lean chicken, peanut butter, doesn't matter?

Half a chicken breast, a tablespoon of peanut butter, a couple of slices of lunchmeat... I tend to do a small protein shake (so, about 20-25g) out of convenience, usually.

Heh.

I have just realized that, due to looking out the window and seeing my neighbors building an ark, that I completely left my workout shorts at home. On the upside, today's prescribed workout looks like it will be somewhat amenable to being "That Guy" - the one in a workout shirt and slacks. *facepalm*
