digitaldisciplineYeah, been quiet here the last two weeks. One week of vacation, and one week of not working out for reasons possibly to be disclosed later.
Suffice it to say, I’m abundantly fucking annoyed at the inability to work out, not merely because it’s an enjoyable part of my daily routine, but because I was finally through a plateau in terms of both strength and body composition, and was making good progress, only to be thoroughly derailed.
I don't consider my bitching about politics and politicians to be of any particular value, which makes me wonder why I do it. Frankly, it's probably because I can't in good conscience ignore this much stupidity, and if I don't tell someone to go fuck themselves, my goddamned head will explode.
