digitaldiscipline: (Get Off My Lawn!)
I won an argument on the internet this morning.

Via Twitter.

Well, it kept me sane (and aggravated) through a busy morning of work calls, anyway.

It's still sad, though, that the coup de grace wasn't any of the facts presented, the logical and rhetorical shortcomings exposed in the opposition, or that sort of thing. It was pointing out that, "I'll turn to the Church for scientific guidance shortly after consulting my cats for medical advice."

Knowing one's opposition/audience is essentially playing Chutes and Ladders when you're playing chess is still a disappointment.
