Managed to squat pretty well today.

My traps are tight from the jack pulls and holding the squat bar, as well as the OHP/OHS stuff, but my low back hasn't bitched (yet, anyway).

Hot bath before the game this evening, I think. Going to have my workout drinks pre-made this evening, because I have no illusions of being perky, or able to pour troublesome powders into shaker bottles at ho-dark-thirty tomorrow morning.
