And, yes, i've fixed my form. whether or not i lift this evening is contingent on whether or not i get the twinge out of my left calf & glute. i'm tired of having a nagging injury, so if it feels like it's going to cut my preferred lifts short/light, i'll do them tomorrow, and do something else.
