(Un)Surprisingly, a little bit of tightness in my calves is the only ill effect.

twenty pieces, eh? how "big" were the pieces.. and how big were the pieces between those pieces.... just saying....

You DID fix your deadlift form, RIGHT?

50m (which is 1/20th of a km....)

30-60 sec recovery (mostly for the other guy's benefit)

3 min after 10th.

And, yes, i've fixed my form. whether or not i lift this evening is contingent on whether or not i get the twinge out of my left calf & glute. i'm tired of having a nagging injury, so if it feels like it's going to cut my preferred lifts short/light, i'll do them tomorrow, and do something else.
