The only circumstances under which I approve of outing someone is when they are being hypocritical and voting anti-gay when they are engaged in homosexual activities.
Being gay isn't a problem, hurting others who are, especially if you're being hypocritical about it, is a problem.
I almost feel sorry for people whose beliefs don't allow them to accept homosexuality. I can't imagine being that backwards and ignorant. But if you ARE gay (or bisexual), and are voting against the rights of gay people, then you deserve to be publicly shamed.
