That fucker from Jackass was a DUI. He died and killed another person. He is no hero, he wasn't even a great actor. He wasn't even a fucking comedian if you ask me.

When I got my DUI? It felt like half the world was bitching me out. (And I have never once denied that I earned every damned word. I have also pointed out that no one bitched me out harder than me. I am also apparently one of five people that I've met personally that got a DUI that was guilty of it. Everyone else was profiled or in the wrong place at the wrong time. Not me. I did it. I fucked up.) I think one person may have said they were glad that I was alive. This asshole kills himself and another person and it's a fucking *tragedy*? WTF?!?!?!?!

Just... no.

I was lucky. All I wound up with was a ton of fines and a few hours in a cell and my insurance rates going through the fucking roof. I walked away. I learned my damned lesson.

No, the tragedy is that some poor person was just catching a ride from a friend and that friend killed them. Oh, did I mention he was fucking rich and could have easily afforded a cab? That fuck had less of an excuse than I did.

So, sorry folks, I disagree with all of your RIPs for this man. Sounds like he did the world a damned favor.

Otherwise, agreed. Jackass never looked like it was at all interesting and one of its creators dying while driving drunk doesn't strike me as a great loss to American Art. It's much more like some guy up the road died while driving drunk: Maybe a shame, but his own stupid fault.

i have a special hate for DUI types. driving impaired is one of the great ways to murder people, and effectively get away with it. vehicular homicide in general is regarded as a right. feh.

why can't more people who are basically suicides, just quietly die at home of self-inflicted methods like cheeseburgers and cocaine?

1. I never found Jackass funny.

2. I once drove in such a condition that I never should've been near a car. After that I scared myself into not doing it again, but everybody I know who drinks alcohol has, at some point, driven drunk. Some get caught. I'm sorry you got bagged but at least you aren't doing it again and again.

3. I have very little sympathy for individuals who cause their own demise, and even less for those who take an innocent with them.
