[this for a guy who just took a phone call telling someone how to change their font size. . .
"I want it to be eleven, and the little box says it's eleven, and when it prints, it looks wrong."
"Okay, let's make it 12 [ctrl-a, dropdown box to 12 *yawn* (yes, i know i could have told him ctrl-], but that would have confused him)]."
"hey, that's what it's supposed to look like. you want to drive over and kick me in the ass?"
