Not so much a spot as a self-generated earworm.

So, this exists. And, because I have an overactive filk gland, it's been noodling around my head as:

BROS, YEAH, DUDES AND BROS, YEAH, DUDES AND BROS
(FUCKIN' DUDES AND BROS, FUCKIN' DUDES AND BROS)

... which gets old, even if it does fit fairly well with grilling and yard work. I just want it out of my frigging brain when I lift this afternoon.

(speaking of lifting, handstand pushups remain difficult)

Woo! Go you, that's a pretty small stack of towels. They are killer. I don't look anywhere near so elegant in my attempts... I just look red.

That's actually just a bath towel folded up; due to grouchy wrists, I was finding it too difficult to perform full-ROM HSPUs. Maybe, once I rebuild the garage, I'll pick up a set of parallelets with which to do more Beastskills progression stuff (and, argh - going to have to relocate the posts that support the gymnastics rings, and my shenanigans in that regard have tapered off *sigh*)
