Distracting a very protective mother with the bribery of some wet food, I was able to get a poorly-stabilized shot of the three little ones (and mom’s butt) this morning after breakfast.



ETA: some slightly better shots by remembering I can aim my bathroom ceiling light fixtures wherever I want them.... duh.

Glad to see that she's accepted the help you've been offering.

Are you planning on letting her and the little ones go back outside and be feral after this? Or are you going to seduce them with the prospects of comfy places to sleep and regular meals?

Hah, not hardly. I was considering putting on jeans in case she got too aggressively territorial. As it is, if I need to reach within about a foot of her, it's with a heavy bath towel draped over/wrapped around my hand, just in case.

Tiny is entirely feral, and is going to go back outside at the earliest reasonable point in time - when the little ones are weaned, or at least once everyone's mobile to the point of self preservation.

I've had two people express interest in adopting already. I may or may not end up keeping any that aren't adopted out, but that remains to be seen.
