Yeah, it's not Jordan Park but it ain't that great. We drove by that area in July when we were scouting hoods. I think it's liveable, but probably not desirable.

Most of South St. Pete is moderately hoodish with the exception of Maximo, Pinellas Point and Gulfport/Pasedena.

To answer your question as best I can: the bungalow in the jungle (which I likewise have my eye on) is in a _less_ hoodish neighborhood. You're not going to see many Audis or people with fancy new cars. OTOH, pizza places will deliver.
