So, after the Week of Ass [tm] at Ye Olde Workshoppe, compounded by our next-door neighbors listening to or watching something at a sleep-disrupting level three nights, I was just a lovely human being to be around; many thanks and huggles to [livejournal.com profile] aishlynn for putting up with my grumpy, distant self while still whipping up damn tasty dinner things.

So, last night, after hanging with Jeeves [whose power was out, the poor bastard] and doing some gaming, my ass crawled into bed and slept the better part of 11 hours. . . I am in danger of feeling human again. The again, waking up to a mug of coffee and a cinnamon roll is pretty spiffy.

Today, I vacuum [thrill of thrills] and may make an errand run for a digital kitchen timer and one of those cascading waterbowls for our cats [they are -loving- the 6" feng shui "cascade fountain" my aunt gave us for xms to the tune of nearly 6oz a day].

Somewhat mollifying the disgust over my unflattering bonus at the office was a phone call saying I'd won a couple of Best Buy gift certificates for participating in a phone survey a couple months ago. . . regarding The Essence Festival. That's right, the uber-whiteboy scored lewt for his participation and opinions on something he knows jack-diddly about. Irony, it's what's for lunch.

I am going to try and be less of a flame-monger for a few days; we'll see how that goes.

Apropos of nothing, Anheuser's "World Select" Lager - is it good beer? I have mixed feelings - it's fabulous to cook with, but a scosh bitter for my tastes. *shrug*

And, y'all can thank my buddy Scott, the only coworker I've kept in touch with from my time at Adelphia, for the new icon.

Dude. Your icon needs some photoshop lube.

Fast

in what sense? it's 25k, and the original runs that quickly, it's just 2x bigger in all directions [90l]

So you're saying this is what we can expect from clones? Just goes to show that test tubes don't promote safe sex!

it's just 2x bigger in all directions

So size matters a lot, eh?

The image is fine. The speed is a bit fast. Some chicks dig that.

It's the friction that looks unbelievably painful!
