Okay, clearly, my being cognizant of the metrics skewed things, and I didn't weight things appropriately. Or I'm a cheapskate.

Heh. I think the not liking cold and snow was a deciding factor on my results. I mean, Milwaukee is on the list, but it is fourth to last of the top options. On the other hand, N.O. is sixth on my list. ;D

You and I got a lot of the same places.

I think I know what fucked the results - I like sports. And because, in this place's infinite wisdom, it treats all sports as equal, I got my ass thrown at a shitload of college towns.

I LOATHE COLLEGE ATHLETICS.

I would rather watch baseball than any college athletic pursuit.

bah.

Maybe someone got hit too hard in the head with a softball somewhere along the line?

feh. no. . . my college didn't even have a football team. homecoming was a -soccer- game. they did win 17 straight track & field championships, but. . .

i have the hate on for the ncaa in particular and amateur athletics in general.

i. demand. pro. hockey. and. football. period.

I didn't get any Texas cities at all. And my number one city was Little Rock, with Fayetteville also in the top ten. I think I was probably neutral on too many things... I did get New Orleans in my top 5, though.

You might actually enjoy Louisville. It has the personality of an older city and is far more "with it" than you'd expect - though is IS still in Kentucky. It's still got some of that old river city vibe like St. Louis. Lots of Charisma. It's big enough to find your niche and small enough to escape when required. Nice country around it, too. I kinda want to move there myself.
