Things finally look like they're settling down (*other than my realization that I need to mail my car payment ASAP*), friend's coming into town, and then. . . day from hell yesterday. Work goes insane with a suddenly-immediate deadline, and I wake up this morning to discover A BIG FUCKING STAR CRACK in my windshield, presumably from a pine cone.

Well, so much for finally getting ahead financially. Maybe I'll just suck it up and get my suspension fixed, as long as I gotta go to the shop *sigh*
