hmmm... i'd have to disagree and say that'd be inxs. but, i'll qualify that by saying that there's a couple midnight oil songs better than most anything by inxs, but inxs' worst isn't anywhere near as bad as midnight oil's...

Ah hurricanes! I have fond memories of childhood summers spent reading while sitting next to the screen door at my grandmom's as hurricane wind & rain poured all around.

Earthquakes are a fun little ride, but not as romantic as those rainy hours.

Camp stove and fuel. I have one to loan if you need it, it's my backpacking stove, but they're damn useful. I fully expect the house to make it, but I have my doubts about the power lines...
