utterly uneventful travel day, other than inadvertently not getting to say proper goodbyes to angelsil and theonebob due to airport chaos.

it was marvelous to finally meet the handful of you freaks (critus, depotmode, berlin, etc) that i hadn't previously done so, and the castle venue -rocks-. as ever, hanging out with the designated peer-group couples and axis & scarecrow was wonderful and lovely. hearing about the goth cruise pretty solidly convinced k & i to go next year, barring acts of ghod. heh.

so now, it's football and soup time.
