Groceries. Novel stuff.
Blackberries were the single most expensive item when I stopped for provisions last night, and also the biggest impulse buy ("Hey, I should have more fruit and veggies"). Considering that they were the only non-animal-based product (beef, chicken, eggs), this was kind of notable, and certainly illustrates the whole "eating healthy is not the cheapest option" thing NPR was discussing.
Bulk purchases of stuff is in store this weekend. My shopping list currently is "TP," "Milk," and "Honey."
Look, folks, nobody mistakes me for Mr. Excitement anymore for a very good reason...
