(No, this isn't a modification of my chili recipe; the only change there was using a straight 4# of browned ground beef, three small onions, and a full jar of jalapeno slices instead of half... boiled over just a touch, so I need to back off on the amount of stuff... somehow....)

My writing brain is starting to itch; woke up contemplating character motivations for the SF-Noir project, but it's still percolating (and my collaborator is up to her eyebrows in rewrites, because I am a mean person).
