I believe that driving anything less than eight cylinders is like getting emascualted, that rear drive is the way god intended cars to be propelled, and that automatic transmissions are a crutch for the uncoordinated. I believe in four on the floor and three on the tree. I believe in the carbureator, the dual exhaust, and the Flowmaster. I believe in ten second quarters at one oh five, independent rear suspensions, and that Nitrous is for cheaters who can't develop real horsepower.

To make it all even weirder...

I met you for like .5 seconds at GothCon in NOLA this year. I am sukipot's tall friend with long purplish hair and extensions (then, anyway). (Suki has been trying to get me to participate on Corpgoth for quite some time--so I'd know who all these people she was greeting were.) I was ranting this morning about this moron in a Prelude SI who tried to race me at a light on my way to work, and Suki read your wonderful little post aloud.

Carburetion, dual exhaust, and Flowmasters are the Holy Trinity, btw. I just had Flowmasters put on the Trans Am, and my goodness, you can hear the sound of my healthy cam SOOOOO much better!

Although, I would like to say that trying to put a manual tranny in my car would be beastly. It's automatic, and it needs to stay that way.

See? This is my baby and I think he's beautiful the way he is. All 15 foot, 7,050 pound, rear-wheel drivin, casket-haulin, 8-cylinder 425 engine, idiot-scarin, bit of him.

I finally found a true love I can live with for the rest of my life. His name is Squee. :)
