As C*'s go, this one was pretty sedate, the proximity of the extra-large room parties to Suite of Doom Junior notwithstanding.

Flying into ONT, while not the most brilliant logistical decision, did provide an opportunity to finally meet vixenchyld in person after the better part of eight years' acquaintence. Ditto for the Saturday night dinner excursion with geeki and her fiancee (mmmm. sushi).

Heated pools and hot tubs are good. Strawberries and bacon for breakfast - also good. Strong Island Iced Teas are to be used only for good. Sleeper sofas suck. "I wouldn't have sex with someone I -didn't- like on this thing," pretty much sums up how comfortable ours was. Others' mileage may have varied.

I will remain curiously amused that my opinion is considered weighty validation for some folks, and smugly satisfied that I can make anyone, anytime, end up with foreign substances in their sinuses and/or making embarassing noises involuntarily. No drink is safe, no pallor is safe, and no obscure reference is safe.

However, surprising many, everyone's girlfriend is safe.

I was again fooled by lil_m_moses' deployment strategy, but I may call for a tape measure recount.

There needs to be an industrial cover of "Freebird" made. It will be engineered so that it cannot be beat-matched by speeding it up, even if I have to put it on 8-track to do so.

"Dragostea din Te" is a really cruel earwig to inflict on people. I enjoy that.

Having to be in front of 8 guys at 7 am after 1.5 hours of sleep trying to sound coherent then having to face the Prez and other managers right after. **Twitch** and with no Trid to keep a ray of darkness in the day. Post party gloom hit me pretty hard.
