The SFF is built, and, now that I've actually got the functioning CPU in it (that'll teach me to keep dead tech around the house). . . I get no video signal, either from the onboard jack, or the GF6600.

May take the GF out and see if it spits out signal that way, and go from there (could end up doing some vid card juggling among the boxen if need be, but the 6600 didn't want to play nice in my rig, for whatever reason (signal, but lots of noise)).

In other news, I found a very nifty (and free) fax-by-email service, which will hopefully be used only for good. *grin*

In other other news, had the house appraised this morning, and will get the findings from that next week, as well as enjoyed many a fine beverage with the GMBAS contingent, K, and MBI's dame at the Jedi Orbital Drinking Station (Tampa Bay Brew Company). 

Tonight, it's dancing and good times to celebrate tomakins' successful lap of Sol.

Replace "GF" with "Girlfriend" and you will understand why I had to come to a dead stop to fully re-read this post.

think i got a DOA mobo. seems endemic with this make/model/mfr, unf. an rma has been requested.
