Anyhow, again with the irregular check-ins, mostly because the scale keeps oscillating over the same five or six pounds through the course of the week.

After the better part of two weeks off from the gym, I've been good, and will have made it three times this week come this evening. Full weight circuit, followed by the RPM spinning class. It feels good to be back in the saddle and burning off the gunk I accumulated with C11 and the post-event letdown.

Got my youthful, spookie-in-training coworker, [hereinafter "Albrizzle"] to join the gym, so I get a swanky gym bag, an can stop being all ghetto with my plastic grocery sack o' accoutrements. Naturally, being 22 and a workaholic, he overdid it on Wednesday, and was a sad, sore little man yesterday. Naturally, I gave him no end of shit about it. *g*

In the [livejournal.com profile] lil_m_moses Pushup Challenge, I've done 30 each of the last two times. Yippee.

when i first started WW they were big on weighing in once a week, same day/time every week because your weight fluctuates within a range on a daily basis. i like wieghing in dailt tho'- i find it helps keep me on track. in fact, today was the friendliest the scale has been since january, so of course i've already had chocolate chip cookies waved under my nose and tonight is the big department dinner out- bah.

I did 20 push ups 2 days ago (girly ones on my knees at that), & I'm still sore! However, I'm going to run tonight for the first time in almost a month, bec. I think my injury is finally healed.
