We got approval for the home refinancing yesterday, and, as an added bonus, should also qualify for a HELOC.  Paperwork happens Monday, at which point, the bonus cash makes K's car payment go away, and half her credit card debt disappear.  This is important, because her FuckUp (Focus) is beginning to whine and rattle in ways that sound expensive to correct, so we may be doing some for-real car shopping in the coming weeks (ross_winn, your insider's advice is requested on line one).

Today, after a bit of [censored due to adult content], K will be doing some spring cleaning to prep for the May Invasion, and I will be renting a pressure washer, the better to exfoliate the Salmon/Peach Pate from 806, in preparation for GMBAN getting a new exterior look.

In other, other news, spurred on by the tastiness of the Mango Rum spacekadt shared at C11, I picked up a bottle of the raspberry variant last night.  Two very big thumbs up, either on the rocks, with Pepsi, and presumably in other applications.

Is that rum by Cruzan, perchance? I found Cruzan rum in several fruity flavour varients, and it's marvelous in smoothies. Currently residing in our house with all the OTHER rum: Cruzan in banana, pineapple, coconut, & mango. Yum.

Can you tell I'm a rum drink when I'm not drinking Scotch?
