In my parents' kitchen (pre-remodeling), I was laid open from adam's apple to pelvis so my innards could be taken out and cleaned. I kept closing my chest up after tucking my trachea and lungs in and doing a couple of stitches, only I kept forgetting to do something, and needed to open back up, take the lungs out, do whatever it was, and then put them back in.
Inadvertently closing one's lungs in a dishwasher door - painful.
Discovering one's belly fat has turned to sour cream with chives, and scooping it out into the kitchen sink before putting the ol' airbags back in - disturbing.
