My office actually has a big, important deadline. Granted, it's six weeks from now (Feb 27, 1pm CST), but it means that things around here may actually be semi-coherent in focus.
Just got to play Devil's Advocate against the boss on the project. I think he's pleasantly surprised that I can argue and ask questions about something I know almost nothing about.
If we pull this off, it could mean beaucoup bucks (definitely for the company, possibly some fraction thereof for me). I need to figure out how to be Jerry Bruckheimer in 1000 characters (including spaces) or less in order to secure government grant monies for our client.
Hooray for my being a terse fiction weirdo.
[Note to self: I get weirder when the Easter Bunny makes frequent house calls. This is a Good Thing.]
